Hey guys! HAPPY NEW YEAR! It’s a little too late for that now, is it? Haha. It’s been a looooong time! The last time I “talked” to you guys was last year! On October! Sorry about being a really bad blogger lately but I was just really busy the last few months. Can I get a “welcome back” shout-out? Hahahaha.

Anyways, I’m back with another attempt video. I think I should make that a series or some sorts, huh. Here’s my attempt in making the famous Filipino bread, ensaymada. It actually came from our Spanish roots. There’s definitely a lot of flops on how I made this recipe, but that just means I have a lot to learn, right? So without any further ado, watch this video:

SEPTEMBER #MONTHLY GLIMPSE

It’s another month, which means another monthly update! I recently started this new hashtag #monthlyglimpse as my own version of saying, “this is what happened the past month”. To sum it off, nothing really exciting happened except that I started training in the hospital. My schedule has been (and will be) quite busy from now on so I thought #monthlyglimpse would be a great way for me to reflect on what happened in that particular month in my life.
